The main ways I have grown this past few weeks has been in relationship with other guys. Its not the books or just the Bible or whatever.
Its talking to others...giving and receiving love.
Like Debbie says- it all starts with a conversation.
So have you had a conversation today?
Did you give and receive love or inspiration or hope?

In Susan Scott's book, "Fierce Conversations," she makes the observation that "the conversation is the relationship". Also, she states while not every conversation is life-changing, any conversation might be life-changing.
I value the life-changing and life-long relationships that God has given me at Grace that began as a conversation--on a Sunday a.m., in a small group, serving in a ministry.
Those happen because we have this value of being relational.
