		<description>This is exactly what I need this a.m.  I am going to sandwich my day between the begining of this passage..." “Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me." and the end..."Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."    Now, I can face the day!      
With the Holy Spirit in me and the truth of God available to me and an eternity secured in the presence of my Creator....there is nothing else needed.  Thank you, Father.</description>
